This allows us to offer unique products at competitive prices, but it also means shipping times may vary based on supplier location, product availability, seasonal demand, and the destination country. Estimated shipping times for each product are clearly stated on the product page so customers know what to expect before placing an order. Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately, and we are unable to make changes to the order after it enters fulfillment. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available, although tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the shipping carrier and the supplier.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once they are shipped, and we cannot provide refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In the event of shipping delays caused by customs, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues, we are not responsible for the extended delivery time, but we will always do our best to assist you in tracking your package and providing updates. Some items in your order may ship separately depending on supplier inventory and processing times.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer did not receive it, they will need to contact the carrier directly, as carriers are responsible for delivery confirmation. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. For any items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within the required timeframe stated in our return policy so that we can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
